Nestled in the heart of the Cape Winelands, this high-end residential home underwent a breathtaking transformation that seamlessly merges modern luxury with the serene beauty of its natural surroundings. The primary objective of this project was to reimagine the interiors, while preserving the existing architectural envelope, and to extend the property to cater to the needs of a family of five. Embracing a contemporary aesthetic, the design focused on revitalizing the facade and front garden, creating a captivating visual harmony. 

Exterior Revitalization:

The exterior of the residence now boasts a sophisticated and modern facade that stands in contrast to the traditional architecture often associated with the Cape Winelands. Clean lines, expansive windows, and a carefully selected palette of materials were employed to achieve a timeless contemporary aesthetic. The use of local stone and wood accents pays homage to the region's natural charm, seamlessly blending the new design with the picturesque surroundings.

Interior Redesign:

The interior of the residence was completely gutted, providing a blank canvas for a reimagined layout that maximizes functionality and comfort. A key focus was on creating personalized spaces for each family member, ensuring privacy while fostering a sense of togetherness. Additional Building for Family Living:

To accommodate the family of five, an extension was seamlessly integrated into the length of the property.
