The proposed development in the leafy, tranquil suburb of Pinelands aims to provide a high-end recreational facility with six padel courts, each fully covered, alongside a modern clubhouse and coffee shop. This facility is designed to cater to a growing demand for active, outdoor sporting environments in an area known for its green spaces and family-oriented atmosphere. 

The project will incorporate thoughtful architectural elements that respect the character of Pinelands while providing a contemporary, dynamic environment for both casual players and enthusiasts. 

Padel Courts: 

Six padel courts will be constructed, each with a roofed covering with transparent polycarbonate panels that allow natural light while protecting players from weather conditions.

The roofs are designed as sleek, lightweight structures supported by minimalistic steel frames, allowing for a clear view of the surrounding green landscape. These coverings provide shade in summer, shelter in winter, and enable year-round play.

Clubhouse/ Coffee Shop: 

The clubhouse will serve as the central hub of the complex, providing both functional and social spaces for players and visitors. It will house a coffee shop, lounge areas, changing rooms & restrooms.

Accessibility & Circulation:

The site will be fully accessible to all, including people with disabilities. A dedicated pathway network will connect the various areas of the complex, including the courts, clubhouse, and parking. 

Ample parking will be provided, with clear signage and direct access to the clubhouse and courts. The design ensures minimal impact on the surrounding streetscape, aligning with Pinelands’ low-density suburban character.
